8 strips of bacon cut into 1/2" pieces
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Mix remaining ingredients in bow. Add to bacon and pan drippings in skillet. Bring to a boil. Cook until thick stirring constantly. Serve over lettuce or spinach.
