1 cup Quinoa
1.5 cups liquid (broth, bone marrow or water)
Grape Seed or Coconut Oil
Seasonings of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Toast quinoa in a bit of oil in a sauce pan for about 5 minutes.

Add liquid and bring to a boil. Add some extra seasonings if you wish. After comes to a boil give it a stir and let simmer for 15 minutes covered. If still liquid let it cook uncovered for 5 more minutes.

When liquid is absorbed you can add sautéed veggies if you wish.
