Personal Notes:
The recipe is from "The Fine Arts Cookbook" given to me by Peg Bennett from the Memorial Art Gallery when I had my summer internship there. They served these delicious minty brownie squares at one of the events and I just had to have the recipe. The original recipe included their brownie recipe from scratch but that was way too complicated to make so I just adapted it by using the frosting and chocolate glaze to box brownies - still delicious and so much easier!! See for yourself - this topping really jazzes up any brownie.
