4 slices bacon (cut into pieces)
3/4 lb. medium shrimp (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 tsp. creole seasoning
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
1 package (10 oz.) frozen cut okra 1 1/2 cups minute original rice (uncooked)
1 medium tomato (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until lightly browned. Drain bacon, reserving 2 tbsp. drippings. Add shrimp, onion and seasonings; cook and stir until shrimp turns pink. Stir in broth and okra. Bring to boil; stirring occasionally to break apart okra. Stir in rice and tomato; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir.
