1 lb. bulk Italian sausage, crumbled
tsp. dried red pepper flakes
c. diced onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
28 oz. can diced tomatoes
12 oz. bow tie pasta
1 c. whipping cream
Italian parsley, chopped
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and add red pepper flakes, onion and garlic, Cook until onion is tender, about 7 minutes. Add tomatoes and cream. Simmer until mixture thickens slightly. Can be prepared a day ahead. Serve over pasta. Top with chopped Italian parsley and Parmesan cheese.
