4 Tilapia filets (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp Northwoods spice (from Penzey's spices)
OR
2 tbsp Northwoods fire (for spicy version)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt (optional)


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Dust Northwoods spice on fillet generously. Drizzle olive oil and salt (if desired) on fillets. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes if fresh, 20-25 minutes if frozen.
