1 egg, well beaten
½ cup milk
½ cup sifted all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt

Directions:

1. Combine well-beaten egg and milk; beat until light.
2. Gradually beat in flour and salt; beat on high until smooth.
3. Pour into muffin pans and let stand 30 minutes.
4. Bake 5 minutes at 425ºF / 15 minutes at 350ºF.
