1 lb pasta (spaghetti, penne, fusilli, farfalle, etc)
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ lb butter
½ red pepper
½ green pepper
½ orange pepper
½ yellow pepper
1 medium yellow onion
2 medium garlic cloves
1 can of corn
1 lb boar’s head cooked ham (low sodium)
2 can of evaporated milk
1 can of nestle media crema
1 cube knorr chicken bouillon
A pinch of black pepper
1 lb gouda cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion, peppers and garlic and set aside.
Chop the ham in small square pieces and set aside
Grate the cheese and set aside


Put the pan on the stove (medium flame) add the butter garlic, onion, peppers, corn and ham and saute for 3 minutes
Add evaporated milk, nestle media crema, knorr chicken bouillon and pinch of black pepper, and let cook for 2 minutes
on low flame. Add the pasta, mix well and cook for two more minutes and then turn off the stove. Finally, add the cheese and mix.
