1 Cup Flour Seasoned with Salt and Pepper
3/4 Lb Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Tablespoon White Wine
1 1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley (minced)
4 Tablespoon Capers

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Heat butter and oil in large skillet; saute chicken 3 minutes on each side. Place chicken in serving dish, keep warm. Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes. Pour over chicken and serve.
