1 Large Garlic Clove (quartered)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
6 anchovy Fillets (minced) (optional)
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley (minced)

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop garlic clove with salt in food processor. Add Parmesan, anchovies (optional), mustard, Worcestershire, and sugar; blend well, scraping down sides of work bowl occasionally. Mix in lemon juice. With machine running, gradually add oil through feed tube and blend until combined. Mix in parsley. Cover and chill dressing overnight.
