5 Carrots (diced)
5 Stalks of Celery (diced)
1 Onion (diced)
4 Chicken Breasts
3 Boxes of Chicken Broth
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, melt butter and olive oil. Add carrots celery, and onions and saute until slightly soft. Add chicken breast and broth. Gently boil on medium-high heat until chicken floats to top and is cooked through (about 20-30 minutes). Remove chicken and dice. Meanwhile boil pasta of choice in broth. When pasta is cooked, return chicken to pot. Enjoy.
