2 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 (13 1/2 oz.) Cans Chicken or Beef Broth
1 (8 oz.) Package Frozen Tortellini
1 (10 oz.) Package Frozen Spinach (thawed)
1 (16 ox.) Can Stewed Tomatoes (undrained)
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

In a large saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook garlic and butter for 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth and tortellini, heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Add spinach and tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes more. Serve topped with cheese.
