2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
6 slices ham
6 slices provolone
6 large slices of salami
1c lettuce
1/3c sliced cherry tomatoes
1/4c pepperoncini, thinly sliced
1/4c sliced black olives

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together oil and vinegar. Season with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

Lay a slice of salami, top with provolone and ham. Fill with lettuce,tomato, pepperoncini and olives. Drizzle with some dressing. Use a toothpick to hold together.

I used spinach instead of lettuce and I also just used Italian dressing instead of combining the other ingredients. Also, not a ham person so just used turkey.
