6-8 oz Alaskan King Crab or 1 can crab meat drained
1 c grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbs flour
1 1/2 c milk
5 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp salt (Himalayan)
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach ( well drained)
pastry crust for 2 9 inch pies

Drain & flake, chop crab. Toss Swiss & Parmesan cheese with flour. Combine milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Cook spinach& drain well. Add cheese mixture, crab and spinach. Mix well. Divide equally into two 9 inch pie crusts in pans Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley & cut into wedges & serve warm as an appetizer.
