3 c. thinly sliced zucchini (unpaired)
1 c. Biscuit mix (bisquick)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbs. parsley minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry oregano
3 lg garlic cloves finely minced
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp oregano
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Mix all ingredients & spread in pan. Bake until golden brown 25-30 minutes. Can be served as an appetizer or side vegetable dish.
