½ tsp salt
1 tsp xanthan gum
1 cup melted & slightly cooled butter
½ cup cane sugar
¾ brown sugar
3 eggs (room temp. prefered)
1 tbs vanilla
¼ flavor oil (optional)
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
¼ cup sprinkles (optional)

1. preheat oven to 350º f

2. Spray 8'8; cover with parchment paper

3. Cream sugar, vanilla extract, butter, and eggs, (Flavor oil [optional]); add in dry ingredients, mix until just blended

4. spred evenly into 8'8 pan; put in oven for 25 min.
