5 lbs Flour
4 Tablespoons baking powder
12 large eggs
1 lb butter
2 Cups Sugar
2 oz whiskey
6 ounce of Beer
Crisco shorting for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
Put Flour, baking powder and sugar in a extra large bowl. Add eggs, butter, whiskey and beer. Kneed until dough does not stick to hands. Refrigerate for about an hour for easier rolling.

Flour the cutting board for easy rolling, Roll dough very thin (about 1/16").

Cut into strips (5" x 1").

Cut a slit in the center of the strip lengthwise. Pull one end through the slit and up as a twist.

Heat the Crisco to 350º F. Fry in batches until golden brown. cover a cookie sheet with paper towels. Place a wire rack on the paper towel covered cookie sheet and place fried Chrusciki's on it to drain. when cool dust with confectioner's sugar
