1 c Heavy Cream
1/4 c. Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2. 3.4 oz. Boxes Instant Lemon Pudding Mix
3 c. Milk, 2%
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese, Low-fat, softened
1 9 inch Angel Food Cake, cubed
4 c. Fresh Blueberries
Lemon Zest and Lemon Slices for Garnish

Beat whipping cream and sugar in a chilled bowl on high for 1 - 2 minutes. Add vanilla and beat for 2-3 more minutes. Set aside.

Combine pudding mix and milk in a large bowl. Beat for 2 -3 minutes. Add cream cheese and beat until mixed in. Fold in half of whipped cream. Save other half on top before serving.

In Trifle dish, layer 1/3 cake cubes, 1/3 pudding mixture, and 1/3 blueberries. Repeat layers twice.

Chill in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours or until fully chilled. Top with reserved whipped cream, additional blueberries and lemon zest before serving.
