8 oz ( pkg) lasagna noodles, partially boiled approx. 5 minutes
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, divided
cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
6 cups (52 ounces) pasta sauce (Bertolli Vineyard Marinara)
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
1 tsp parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Ricotta, Mozzarella (divided), Parmesan, and eggs. In separate bowl, add cooked beef to pasta sauce and mix. Spread 1 Cup of meat sauce in a 9" x 13" pan. Place ⅓ lasagna noodles over sauce. Spread half of cheese mixture over noodles, top with ⅓ of meat sauce. Repeat layering. Top with remaining noodles and meat sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 55 minutes at 350. Uncover, sprinkle with reserved Mozzarella cheese and parsley flakes. Bake additional 5 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
