1 t oil
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 c crushed tomatoes, drained (or fresh chopped tomatoes)
1/4 t cumin
1/8 t paprika
1 16 oz pkg phyllo dough
garlic clove, minced

Directions:
Directions:
350º oven
Grease baking sheets.
Cook beef, add seasonings and tomato. Cook until liquid reduces, about 10 minutes.
Cut phyllo into 2 14x9 rectangles. Place meat mixture inside, roll and place on baking sheet. Brush with butter. Bake about 25 minutes until lightly browned.
