3 T oil
3 oz sliced mushrooms
3 T butter
1.5 lbs shrimp
5 minced garlic cloves
Italian seasoning
3 T lemon juice
2 T dry white wine or chicken broth
2 T minced fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 T oil in skillet, cook mushrooms for 5 minutes. Set aside in bowl. Add remaining oil, 1 T butter and melt. Cook shrimp 2 minutes until opaque. Put in bowl with mushrooms. Turn heat to medium and melt 1 T butter, add garlic, cook 1 minute, stir constantly. Add remaining butter, seasonings, juice and broth and cook 1 minute, whisking constantly. Return shrimp and mushrooms. Cook 1 minute then add parsley.
