2 t dashi granules (fish bullion)
4 c water
dash soy sauce
sesame oil, optional
3 T miso paste
1 8oz pkg firm silken tofu, diced (optional)
2 green onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Boil dash and water over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium, whisk in miso paste. Stir in tofu. Add green onions. Simmer 2-3 minutes before serving.
