1 ½ cup coconut
1 ½ cup sugar
1 ½ cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ stick of butter
4 eggs
2 pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Bring coconut and milk to a boil over low heat. Add butter and stir until melted. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Beat eggs slightly and add to the mixture. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes or until pie puffs up. This recipe makes 2 regular pies.
