3 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 tsp. salt

3 eggs
1 pkg. dry yeast
9 cups of flour (about)

Butter, melted
cinnamon and sugar


Caramel topping if you want Caramel Rolls

1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Scald the first four ingredients.

Beat 3 eggs in a large bowl. Add milk mixture. When lukewarm add the dry yeast. When dissolved add around 9 cups of flour. Let rise until double in size.

Roll out in a rectangular shape onto floured surface.

spread with the melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar

Roll as for a jelly roll. slice in about 1" slices. put into greased pans

Bake 350 for 30 minutes.

For caramel rolls. place the brown sugar mixture in the bottom of the pan. bake as directed above.
