1 1/4 cup graham crackers crushed
1/4 cup ground walnuts fine
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 cup soft butter


2 granny smith or Cortland apples sliced thin
3 tbsp. butter

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 8 oz. cream cheese soft
1 cup sugar

5 large eggs one at a time

1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 toasted walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º need large spring form pan.

Mix crust ingredients and pat into spring form pan. bake 350 for 5 minutes.


sauté the apples with the butter for 5 minutes.
set aside.

Cream together the cream cheese cinnamon nutmeg sugar. add eggs one at a time while beating. Add sour cream and toasted walnuts fold in the apples.

Bake for one hour.

Can drizzle with a liitle carmel ice cream topping when serving.
