1 1/4 c vanilla wafer crumbs
4 Tbsp butter
4 tsp sugar
24 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
8 Tbsp sugar
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix first three ingredients. Press onto bottom and up the sides of springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Allow to cool on wire rack. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour over crust in springform pan. Place pan in roaster with 1" of hot water in roaster. Bake 45-60 minutes or until middle is no longer giggly. Remove from roaster. Cool in oven with door ajar for 3 hours. Refrigerate.
