1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar packed
3/4 cup oatmeal quick uncooked
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

4 cups diced rhubarb

filling mixture
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla




Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 grease cake pan

mix first five ingredients until crumbly. press 1/2 into greased cake pan.

spread 4 cups diced rhubarb on top

combine filling ingredients in sauce pan. cook until thick and clear. pour over rhubarb, sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

Bake 1 hour.
