Chocolate Mint Brownies Recipe

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter soft
4 eggs
16 oz. can of Hershey's syrup

Mint layer:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. mint extract
4 drops green food coloring

Chocolate topping
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 grease cake pan.

Using a large bowl beat batter ingredients together until smooth. pour into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes cool completely.

Mint layer:

Beat until smooth. spread on cool brownie layer. chill about an hour

chocolate topping layer:
melt in microwave and spread over the mint layer. chill again.
