2 tsp Cornstarch
4 tsp Rice Vinegar
cup Corn Syrup
⅓ cup Sugar
c Garlic Sauce (Asian)
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Lemon juice
tsp ground Ginger
tsp Salt
tsp minced Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Stir cornstarch and vinegar together in small saucepan. Add remaining ingredients to mixture and bring to a simmer. Simmer until sauce is thickened. Toss fried chicken wings with sauce.

Wings: Dust 3 lbs of sectioned wings with cornstarch, shaking off any excess. Fry wings in Peanut Oil (375 F - oil temp for frying).
