2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 C milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 C chopped onion
3 1/2 C thinly sliced, peeled potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, blend in flour. Add milk and cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add salt, pepper and onion. Place half of sliced potatoes in greased 10 x 6 x 2 baking dish. Cover with half the sauce. top with remaining potatoes, then top with remaining sauce. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
