12 thin sliced chicken breast cutlets
1 stick butter
1/4-1/2 lb sliced ham
1/4 lb sliced swiss cheese
flour for dusting
1-2 eggs
1/2-1 C bread crumbs
garlic
parsley
thyme
white wine
salt
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken cutlet on work surface, rub a little butter on each cutlet. Place a slice of ham and swiss cheese in center of each cutlet and roll. Secure with toothpick. Roll in flour, beaten egg seasoned with salt and pepper mixture. Roll In bread crumbs and place in baking dish. To prepare sauce, melt 1 stick of butter along with garlic parsley and thyme to taste in saucepan. Pour over rolled cutlets and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Add a little white wine and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Total baking time is 40 minutes. Serve with rice or rice pilaf.
