2 teaspoons hot chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
1 pinch red pepper flakes, or to taste (optional)

Mix chili powder, paprika, onion powder, sea salt, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Store in an air tight container or spice container.

I use 2 Tablespoons for a pound of ground beef
