1 tbs flour
1 c stock or water
1/2 can mushrooms, halved
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Melt the butter and brown; add the flour; stir until smooth and thoroughly browned. Add the stock and mushrooms, stir until thickens, season and serve.
