2 ¼ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup shortening
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 package Chocolate Chips--2 cups
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, shortening, eggs, vanilla.

Mix together dry ingredients and stir.

Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture and stir in chocolate chips.

Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.

bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes.
