Grated rind and juice of one lemon
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1 1/2 c hot water
2 tbs corn starch
1 tbs butter

1 pie crust

Directions:

Mix cornstarch & sugar.
Add water.
Add other ingredients, butter last.
Put on stove and cook until it thickens.
Put in pie shell.
