⅔ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup corn syrup
¼ cup crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups quick cooking oatmeal
2 cups chocolate chips
⅔ cup peanut butter
1 cup salted Spanish nuts or cocktail peanuts
1 cup butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan melt butter with sugar and corn syrup.

Blend in ¼ cup crunchy peanut butter and vanilla.

Pour over oatmeal and mix well.

Press into bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

Bake at 375º for 10 minutes.

Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips. Stirring constantly.

Blend in peanut butter and peanuts. Pour over crust evenly.

Cool and cut into bars.
