Shrimp scampi dip Recipe

1 TBSP butter
1/4 c. onions minced
2 TSP garlic minced
2 c. Chicken of the Sea shrimp-drained
2 TSP lemon juice
6 oz. cream cheese cut into cubes
2 TBSP milk
1/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 TBSP fresh parsley
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375
Coat 6/8 in. pan
Heat butter
Add onion, cook 3-4 min.
Add garlic, cook 30 sec.
Reduce heat
Add cream cheese & milk
Stir until melted
Place shrimp in pan, gently stir to combine
Season & stir in lemon juice
Remove from heat
Stir in sour cream, 2 TBSP parmesan cheese & half of parsley
Spread dip into pan evenly
Sprinkle mozzarella & remaining parmesan cheese over top
Bake 15 min. Can broil 2-3 min.
