8 - 10 Potatoes diced
tsp salt
1 Egg
1 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in just enough water to cover them well, do not drain the water when they are done. Take egg, salt and flour and stir with a fork - will be crumbly. Add to potatoes and water and cook for a few minutes on low heat. Add enough milk to make soup consistency.
