½ tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chili powder
1 Green onion
6 T Mayo
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
1 Jalapeno

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the yolks of the hard boiled eggs with garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, green onion and mayo. You may need to add more mayo to get to the consistency you prefer. Fill the center of the eggs with the mixture and garnish each one with a slice of jalapeno. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
