15 large mushrooms
Jones sausage
½ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup or a little more bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup fine chopped green onion
¾ stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms. Remove stems and chop. Sauté chopped stems and onion in butter. Add cheese, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Cook sausage in a separate pan. Add to breadcrumb mixture. Stuff mixture back into mushroom caps. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
