1 ripe avocado
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
½ tsp. sugar
Dash of salt
Dash of fresh ground pepper
Dash of Tabasco
1 clove garlic (minced)

Directions:
Directions:
Put the avocado and lemon juice in a blender or processor - blend until smooth.
Add oils.
Add seasonings.
Blend until well mixed.
Correct seasonings as needed.
Serve as soon as possible.
(Also rub the salad bowl with garlic before putting in the salad - adds to the whole flavor).
