"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 to 4 teaspoons of Salt-Free Mrs. Dash - Garlic and Herb flavor
4 - 5 ounces of white vinegar (You may use rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
3 - 4 ounces of extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Take a 10 to 12 ounce bottle and add Mrs. Dash first.
Pour vinegar in next and finally top with olive oil.
Tightly cap the bottle, before shaking to distribute the spice.
Let sit for a few days until the flavor from the Mrs. Dash is absorbed by the oil and vinegar.

I like to use a tablespoon or two when I am frying chicken breasts, pork chops or fish. The vinegar works as an excellent meat tenderizer. I also add a few drops to perogies, rice and chicken noodle soup. Always shake before adding to your recipe to mix the vegetable flakes up. If you prefer not to have the veggies in your entrée, then carefully pour off a little of the oil and vinegar into your pan, keeping in mind that the veggies will settle to the bottom.

**This also works well as a gluten free salad dressing. Feel free to choose your own flavor of Mrs. Dash.

I tried this after trying the flavor infused OLIV oils. I love the flavor and it is salt free so is good for diabetics. I like to add dill to this as well and is especially good when perogies are cooked in it.
