One 2 ½ to 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut up
Seasoned flour
¼ cup margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Start heating oven to 425ºF.
Coat chicken with seasoned flour.
In a shallow open pan in oven, melt margarine.
Remove pan from oven - in it arrange chicken in a single layer, with SKIN SIDES DOWN.
Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake 15 minutes or until brown and fork tender.
