8 qts ripe tomatoes, peeled
3 c peppers
3 c onions
4 c sugar
2/3 c salt
1 1/2 qts vinegar
3 tsp cloves
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

Chop tomatoes, onions, and peppers fine.
Mix all ingredients.
Boil 3 hrs
