1 lb. fresh mushrooms
6 tblsp. Marg.
1 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 - 10 3/4 oz. cans chicken broth
4 cans water
3 tblsp. tomato paste
pepper
bay leaf
1/2 c. barley
1/4 c. parsley
1 1/2 c. minced celery
1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
4 tblsp. dry sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Saute in a large soup pot, the first 4 ingredients.

Add the next 6 ingredients and simmer about 1 hour.

Add next 3 ingredients.

Cook another 1/2 hour and then add the sherry!
