3 cups thinly sliced zucchini
1 cup bisquick
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2 T. parsley
1/2 tsp. season salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash pepper
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Spread into greased oblong pan.
Bake 350 degrees till golden.
Cut into pieces. Can be frozen and re-heated.
