Grandma's Apple Pie Recipe

6-8 apples or more
1 tsp. cinnamon
⅔ cup sugar
2 Tbs. flour
1 Tbs. butter (for pats on top of apple mixture)
¼ tsp. salt
Crust - homemade or Pillsbury

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice apples into a large bowl. Add cinnamon, salt, sugar and flour and mix. Roll out crust and put the bottom crust into the pie plate. Put apple mixture into the bottom crust. Place pats of butter on to of the apple mixture here and there. Roll out top crust and place on top of the pie. Crimp edges and pierce the top of the crust in several places for steam to escape. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 45 minutes.
