c. butter
c. flour
2 c. milk
Dried Beef

Directions:
Directions:
Cut dried beef into pieces
Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
Gradually mix in flour.
Gradually add milk, mixing constantly.
Bring to simmer and add beef.
Simmer until thickened, serve over toast.
