2 packages lemon Jell-O
1 ¾ cups hot water
¼ cup crème de menthe
2 cups whipped cream (dessert topping may be substituted)
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and add creme de menthe.
Chill until Jell-O mounds, then whip until frothy.
Fold in whipped cream.
Chill in 5 cup mold.
