1 package Gingerbread Mix (Betty Crocker)
⅓ cup lukewarm water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend one package Gingerbread Mix and ⅓ cup lukewarm water. Chill 1 to 2 hours.

Heat oven to 375º F. Roll small amount of dough ⅛ inch thick on floured cloth covered board (keep remaining dough refrigerated). Cut with floured 4-inch cookie cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 1 minute in oven.

Janice's note - for 20 Gingerbread Men - took me an hour to bake and 1 hour to frost.
